Alison has a clinical background in Physiotherapy and more than twenty years experience in the health and not-for-profit-sectors in clinical, policy and project roles. Prior to establishing Alison Boughey Consulting (ABC) in 2006, Alison worked in policy and consulting roles at Breast Cancer Network Australia, Victoria’s breast services enhancement project and in small consulting agencies.  Alison spent several years working in the Australian film and television industry as a writer, researcher and script editor.  In addition to her role as principal of ABC,  Alison is the current chair of Learn For Yourself, a learn local organisation providing pre-accredited training to marginalised residents of the City of Port Phillip.

Catherine Duck

Catherine has broad experience in management, leadership, corporate administration and policy development with a strong background in nursing (palliative care, midwifery and neonatal intensive care). Her nursing practice has included inpatient, rural consultancy, culturally diverse urban community, research and working with Victoria’s nursing board. Catherine has undertaken a number of consultancy projects with Alison Boughey Consulting as both project lead and project support.  Catherine’s skills include consultation, literature review, data analysis and report writing.

Michelle AndersonMichelle Anderson

Michelle is a a dynamic IT professional with fourteen years varied experience in large corporate FMCG, retail and telecommunication companies. Skilled in project and program management and PMI certified, her recent focus has been on implementing eCommerce solutions in retail environments. Michelle has proven success in realising business benefit through the delivery of technology, process and change management projects.

Jack Talbot

Jack Talbot imageJack has many years of general management and business unit leadership experience, operating at senior levels in several of the world’s largest consumer-goods companies, as well as leadership of several successful strategic planning and organisational change initiatives. He has held various commercially-focussed roles across a diverse mix of industry sectors, including FMCG sales & marketing, IT professional services and consulting business development. As an ex-Naval officer, Jack has strong leadership, coaching and team development skills, combined with current best practice HR tools and processes, an ability to build relationships among multi-functional teams.
