Western and Central Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service (WCMICS)

The ICS aim to improve the care and outcomes for cancer patients and deliver components of Victoria’s Cancer Action Plan. In 2008 WCMICS commissioned Alison Boughey Consulting to undertake a lung cancer services mapping and development project.
Loddon Mallee Region Palliative Care Consortium
LMRPCC is one of nine regional and metropolitan alliances of palliative care agencies established under Victoria’s Strengthening Palliative Care Policy. Projects undertaken by Alison Boughey Consulting for the consortium include development of a regional model for palliative care service delivery.
