Alison Boughey Consulting (ABC) is a specialist Consultancy providing services to public health sector clients. ABC focuses on review and evaluation of systems, structures and processes to inform independent strategic and policy advice. ABC has undertaken a range of evaluation, service redesign and other projects for the Victorian Government and other clients.

Previous evaluation activities include:

• Examining the rationale for existing and proposed programs;
• Developing governance structures and business cases for new service delivery models;
• Assessing impacts and effects of programs;
• Determining more streamlined and/or cost-effective methods to achieve objectives;
• Recommending future directions.
